This is a first impression review which is why I only give it four stars. I’ll try to remember to come back sometime later for a more accurate review. I opted to try this and see if it improves my endurance during my workouts and recovery after my workouts. Because I workout in the mornings and shower after, I didn’t want to wear the patch for a short time when it lasts for 8 hours. So I opted to wear it the night before. My workout is made up of usually 5-6 parts, with the latter half as the most intense. Normally by the time I get to the most intense, I’m a bit tapped, but that wasn’t the case after I wore the patch. The latter half was still intense but afterwards I recovered pretty quickly. I wasn’t as winded nor as sweaty. As the day progressed, I still feel pretty alert and loose. So far so good!
