Directions

I love not having to take several pills on a daily basis, and the ease and application of the patches. The adhesive still does not work g or me, but that may be a skin issue. I use medical tape to secure it on.

One of the things I LOVE about the vitamin/mineral patches (Vitamin D3/Calcium) is that: 1) one less pill to take and 2) they work perfectly. I had weight loss surgery in January 2016 and have been using the patches since March 2016. My blood work has been outstanding. I also use the Multi-Vitamin patch. I seriously cannot imagine myself going back to swallowing the pills again. I already take enough in prescription medications (pills) and don’t want to take more pills. The patches are easy and they work!!

Asa person who has a hard time stomaching thick liquids and large pills these patches are a life saver!! I’m able to get all of my needed daily vitamins with no fuss. I gave 4 stars because there is one issue (small). My patches sometimes leave behind a residue and it is hard to get off. Not enough to stop me from using them though!!

What an amazing little invention these babies are! I get SO tired of taking pill after pill sometimes and these are fabulous when you need a little break from it or are behind on something and need help getting extra vitamins thru a different way. They are also amazing for right after bariatric surgery (always ask doctor first tho!) to use right away when you are no suppose to swallow pills yet until everything is healed up. It’s absorbed thru your skin so there’s no risk to your surgery site. You do have to be careful if you sweat a lot I’ve heard but haven’t had the problem myself. I am very greatful for this new & innovative way of taking vitamins and can’t wait to see the long term affects they have in improving vitamin levels for me.

For those of us who hate taking pills 3-4 times a day this is a true help. And if you are like me and don’t like taking big pills and they get stuck, do yourself a favor and just peel and stick. I read all the reviews and even that labs are great. Like I said just peel and stick. Easy

I wasn’t sure they would actually work, but my most recent blood work shows they do. I have difficulty with normal vitamins due to fillers etc. I’ve had no issues with these at all. The adhesive is great too. I’ve never had one come unstuck.
